Ostrich . I saw a stopwatch in an antiquary shop. Such a stopwatch is usually used by athletes. As soon as I saw this watch I came up with the crazy idea to create an ostrich. That is an interesting bird – it has very strong legs and big eyes, well, and the one who runs very fast. I though – I will construct a running ostrich as if it was running towards the finish.
Old spoons, a stainless steel cup dedicated to pour cream, the part of a bicycle, the parts of a “Singer“ sewing machine, a female belt have been used for assemblage.
Materials: part of a bicycle, sewing machine detail, container for cream, stopwatch, parts of spoons and forks, women’s belt.
